RETURNS AND WITHDRAWALS
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE
In case of exercising the right of return for exchange of goods, the procedure to follow may vary depending on the following choice:
A) you want to make a return at our Showroom in Frosinone.
B) you want to make an online return by shipping the order.
A) The Customer is invited to the Showroom to make his return within 14 days of purchase.
B) The Customer is invited to write an email within 14 days of purchase to info@tekno-line.it describing the reasons that led to the opening of the return procedure.
Then follow the return procedure communicated by our Customer Service.
Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached.
We will only replace or refund items returned according to the instructions. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
The return of the product must take place within 48 hours of receiving the email received from our Customer Service with the procedures to follow.
The return will be processed within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the returned goods to our warehouse. The outcome of the same will be communicated within the same period (acceptance with Replacement of the product or Refund in case of impossibility of replacement). Refunds are made via bank transfer or Paypal refund.
The only costs for returning the product for exchanges are the customer's responsibility. In the event of an exchange, shipping of the new product to the customer is free in Italy for one time only.
WITHDRAWAL
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is essential that the goods are intact and that the item has the original packaging, complete with all tags.
The only costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the consumer. The price paid will be refunded within 30 days of the return of the goods, including delivery costs.
The Right of Withdrawal cannot be applied in the case of Customized Products requested at the time of placing the Order.
